Emma's Award!

Emma recently received a "Citizenship" award at school! Her principal came to her class and presented 2 awards- one went to Emma! She was told she received it because she was a good student and friend to all. She always listened to the teacher and was well behaved. She was also recognized for helping others and setting a good example in the principals little speech.

We are so proud of her!!!!

Emma with her principal and fellow student Kelson who received an academic award.

Her picture with the award is hanging in the main lobby of the school! Only 10 kindergartners were recognized in the entire school. In a school with over 700 kids this is awesome!

This is Emma's ice cream cone in school. She gets a scoop for every 10 sight words she learns. She is smokin' on them! So Smart. Many other students don't even have their first scoop yet. She only has one more list until she starts 1st grade words!

 Go Emma!!!
